The Ford F-Series has been the #1 selling vehicle in North America for several years and has always been an integral part of ROUSH®
Performance’s product line up. With Ford launching four new engines for the 2011+ F-150,
ROUSH has added more horsepower and throaty tunes to enhance all four new F-150
power trains.

Among the new engines are two new beefy V-8’s. ROUSH has developed new ROUSH charger supercharger systems for both the 6.2L and the 5.0L V-8 power trains. Both the 6.2L and 5.0L supercharger systems will be available as a non-calibrated TUNER kit and a ROUSH calibrated kit. All systems will come complete with ROUSH’s 2.3L TVS R2300 supercharger featuring Eaton’s new TVS Technology.  The new Twin Vortices Series features four-lobe rotors with high-flow inlet and outlet ports that greatly enhance thermal efficiency, enabling greater volumetric capacity at higher RPM’s. The systems also include ROUSH’s new cold air induction system, 100 mm MAF tube, twin 60mm throttle body, and high efficiency inter-cooler system featuring a dual-core low temp radiator, degas bottle and high capacity air-to-water inter cooler. The 5.0L TUNER kit is now available for immediate delivery and the 5.0L ROUSH calibrated kit is available for delivery in early February 2012. The 6.2L TUNER kit will be available for delivery in mid January 2012 with the 6.2L ROUSH calibrated kit available for delivery in early April 2012

Las Vegas, NV (Nov. 3, 2011)  Following up on the excitement surrounding the build and SEMA display of its 2011 promotional giveaway car, the 1964 Raybestos GTO-R road racer built by Hot Rod Chassis & Cycle, the company today unveiled plans for its 2012 giveaway project: a Raybestos-edition 2013 model year ROUSH Stage 3 Mustang. 
Racing legend Jack Roush will direct his engineering team on construction of the Raybestos project at ROUSH Performance in Plymouth Township, Michigan.  The Raybestos ROUSH Mustang is sure to be a monster on the street -- motivated by a 540 horsepower, ROUS charged®and intercooled 5.0L 4-valve DOHC TiVCT power plant.  Race-ready stopping power will be delivered by the huge Raybestos “Generation 2” NASCAR-spec brake package specially adapted to fit the Mustang – the very same Raybestos brakes equipped on Roush Fenway Racing’s Sprint Cup cars in NASCAR competition.
Plans for the Raybestos ROUSH Mustang were announced yesterday at the SEMA show by Josh Russell, Director of Sales & Marketing for the Racing & Performance division of Affinia Global Brake & Chassis, manufacturers of Raybestos Brakes & Chassis products.  The Raybestos ROUSH Mustang will be given away to one lucky professional mechanic or do-it-yourselfer Raybestos customer as part of an upcoming summer 2012 North American sales promotion, and the build process will be chronicled in national television, magazines, social media, and exclusive content on the company’s RaybestosGarage.com micro site.  The project celebrates Raybestos unrivaled brake and chassis product lines – which boast coverage for modern performance cars, vintage applications, a pro-racing pedigree, and the latest in advanced technology design, materials, and construction. 
After building a ’64 GTO and ’32 Ford Roadster Pickup in Raybestos promotions over the previous two years, the new 2013 ROUSH Stage 3 Mustang will be the first project on an entirely modern platform.  “We’ve enjoyed seeing what was done with the last couple of Raybestos hot rod builds,” said ROUSH VP of Sales & Marketing Tim Wheeler.  “We can’t wait to show the performance world what ROUSH can do on this special signature edition Mustang for Raybestos Brake & Chassis.”

An exciting new item for the 2011+ 5.0 engine compartment is the release of our ROUSH Performance colored coil covers.  These molded coil covers are durable enough to stand the heat and still look great on the engine.  This has been a vehicle option for the 2012 ROUSH Mustangs, and we just released the ROUSH Coil Covers as a retail item this week.  Retail price is $169.99 for a LH/RH set.  *A ROUSH coil cover set for the 2011 5.0 F150 will be out later this summer.

Just posted on June 21!  This is an exciting video of our 2012 ROUSH Stage 3 Mustangs tearing around the Carolina Motorsports Park on Day 3 of the "One Lap of America" event.  The video not only showcases multiple viewing angles and the driving talents of Jack Roush, Jr., and Billy Johnson, but also highlights the ROUSHcharged power, handling and performance! Mustangs enthusiasts really liked the earlier video from Summit Point Raceway, and I'm sure you will  enjoy this one, too.
